Shipping, Delivery and Bank Transfers:
Duties
and Taxes
There are no Duties or Taxes to be paid if you order from inside an
EU country.
For outside
EU: Duties, taxes and other customs fees are not included in our shipping
charges. You may wish to obtain relevant information before placing
your order so you are not surprised by the amount your customs office
may charge.
Customs
Regulations
There are no customs regulations inside the EU.
For outside
EU: Some countries may have regulations that restrict the import of
flower essences or certain items in the Soil Balancing Process Kit and
Expanded Balancing Process Kit. We recommend that you find out the import
regulations from your local customs office before placing your order.
If you have difficulty obtaining this information, please contact us.
We will assist you in any way we can. PANOSUN Ltd will not assume responsibility
for the cost to ship and return orders that customs will not allow you
to receive.
International
Bank Transfers
Bank transfer inside the EU are charged at national rates if made in
€ Euro – contact us for the Euro amount of your order. (Below
still needs to be applied!)
If you want to transfer money to our bank account rather than pay by
Card or PayPal, please be aware of these conditions:
When transferring money to us from outside the UK, you have to instruct
your bank that you will pay ALL transfer charges – for both ends!
The reason: we found that banks like to add charges where they can
unless it is made clear at the beginning how much these charges will
be. (Our bank does not usually add any charges for transfers from abroad
when above option is taken).
Please contact us
for our bank details for payment after you have placed the order.
We can not accept
cheques from non-UK banks, as high international cheque clearance fees
apply for such items, thus making it uneconomical.
Shipping
Methods
All international orders are shipped by air mail (UK Royal Mail or Parcel
Force) unless you request otherwise. Surface delivery may be available
too but we want you to be aware that it can take from several weeks
to several months for your order to arrive by surface delivery. For
typical orders, the most inexpensive way for ordering is also the fastest.
Please include any special shipping instructions in the "Additional
Information" box that appears during checkout.
