Lost in Post Items:
That an item goes missing in the post is something that can happen, but happens extremely rarely.
It may happen for various reasons: e.g. post/delivery person leaves packet outside your door and someone else takes it – maybe even a neighbour to keep it save. Or it may be lost in the mail.
However, 99% of the time when an item is not delivered within a few days, the item is held at your local delivery/sorting office and is awaiting your collection. So please contact your local Royal Mail delivery/sorting office and ask if they have a packet for your address, if you feel the item is overdue and might be missing.

We cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
We always obtain a certificate of posting.

In the event that your item is not delivered or is damaged in the post, we will send you the certificate of posting so that you can chase up Royal Mail.
If you require your item to be insured or sent recorded delivery, please e-mail us before payment so that we can send you an amended invoice to cover this.
