Lost in Post Items:
That an item goes missing in the post is something
that can happen, but happens extremely rarely.
It may happen for various reasons: e.g. post/delivery
person leaves packet outside your door and someone else takes it
maybe even a neighbour to keep it save. Or it may be lost
in the mail.
However, 99% of the time when an item is not delivered within a
few days, the item is held at your local delivery/sorting office
and is awaiting your collection. So please contact your local Royal
Mail delivery/sorting office and ask if they have a packet for your
address, if you feel the item is overdue and might be missing.
We cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. We always
obtain a certificate of posting.
In the event that your item is not delivered
or is damaged in the post, we will send you the certificate of posting
so that you can chase up Royal Mail.
If you require your item to be insured or sent recorded delivery,
please e-mail us before payment
so that we can send you an amended invoice to cover this.

1. Scope of these Terms and Conditions
The following general terms and conditions govern the sale of products over the phone, by post or over the internet at PANOSUN Ltd (“Panosun”) to customers. Applicable are the general terms and conditions valid at the time the order is placed.
The customer’s order is an offer to Panosun to buy the product(s) in the order.
When the customer places an order via our website on the internet to purchase a product, Panosun will send an automated e-mail to the customer confirming receipt of the order to the e-mail address provided in that order. This email acknowledges that Panosun has received the order. This email also supplies the legally required information of how to cancel once the contract is concluded with a link to our Cancellation and Returns Form. It does, however, not confirm acceptance of the customer’s offer to buy the product(s) ordered. The offer is rather accepted and the contract concluded when Panosun dispatches the ordered product(s).
When the customer places an order via telephone or by post to purchase a product, the offer is accepted and the contract concluded when Panosun dispatches the ordered product(s) and not when the order is received by post or when the telephone conversation has ended. Information on the right of cancellation as well as a Cancellation and Returns Form will be included with the order that has been received by telephone or by post.
All prices include the legally applicable VAT. Shipping charges are extra and are calculated according to the destination and weight.
The Product will be delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after it has been dispatched. Such quoted delivery dates are Panosun’s best estimate for delivery and whilst every effort will be made to keep to them Panosun shall be under no liability whatsoever if for any reason delivery is delayed. Panosun assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage sustained by Customer due to inability to meet a specified delivery date. If any product the customer orders turns out to be unavailable, the customer will be informed at the time of order or shortly afterwards.
5. Right of cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after delivery of the goods without giving any reasons. In case of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good. You must make a clear statement of your wish to cancel. The model cancellation form supplied by Panosun can be used. Equally any clearly communicated statement (e.g. by letter or email) to Panosun Ltd (see contact details below) will suffice as a notice of cancellation. If posted or emailed, notice of cancellation takes effect when posted or sent.
To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired. When sending a notice of cancellation, please include the following information: (i) the consumer's address, (ii) the description of goods, (iii) the date of the order, (iv) any reference number on the order.
If you have received the goods, then you should return them to Panosun (to the address listed under 'How to return a product' in point 10) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. Any cost in returning them to us will fall upon you, the consumer.
6. Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss results of unnecessary handling by you other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
b) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
7. Damaged and incorrect products
If you have received an item that is visibly damaged or has been sent in error, please refuse the delivery and we will send a duplicate item to you at no extra cost. If you have accepted the delivery and find that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will send a duplicate order or correct order out to you where we are reasonably satisfied that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
8. Our Satisfaction/Return Guarantee
In addition to the right to cancel the order as set out above, Panosun offers additional product guarantees. These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within two weeks of our receiving your return. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Our 30 days Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, send us back the product (used or unused) within 30 days of the original purchase date and we'll refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
9. Total Satisfaction
By law your products must correspond with their description, they must also be of satisfactory quality and be reasonably fit for the purposes for which such goods are normally used. 10. How to return a product
Please post returns and cancellations to our regular address below, affixing appropriate postage for the least expensive service to return the item(s).
You may use the label and form provided overleaf.
We suggest you obtain a proof of posting, which is a free service the Post Office offers, and keep that proof safe until we confirm receipt of the package.
We ask you to package items well, as to avoid damage in transit.

11. Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Panosun until payment in full is received. The title of goods retains with Panosun until that point at which payment for the agreed selling price has been received.
12. Data Protection Policy
The details of customer making a purchase at Panosun will not be passed on to any third parties.
13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Panosun reserves the right to amend the website including these Terms and Conditions. The customer is subject to the terms in force at the time of the product order. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
